Questions to Ask during your Interview

I speak with hundreds of people during a busy week as a recruiter. One area that I consistenly hear some hestitation with is what questions to ask the person interviewing the candidate.

I recommend thought provoking questions that will encourage a dialogue between both parties. Here are some of my recommendations:

• What are some of the biggest challenges I would face in this role?
• What is the single biggest contribution that I make to best help the organization?
• What are the goals for this position?
