How many resumes?
Many of the candidates I meet only have one version of there resume. I have found that this is not always the wisest course of action. Based on my experience if you are applying for example a management position then your resume needs to be tailored to your audience. The first thing a person needs to do is decide what type of resume you want to make: Perhaps a Traditional Chronological Resume or perhaps a chrono functional resume would be better. Secondly you need to make the resume to fit the audience you are talking to. For Example the size of the company, industry, etc. Third and final decision is what resume format to have. Every person needs to have a Electronic and a Print resumes. The days of FAXING resume are OVER. Please pass that little fact along.
